How can I take my measurements to choose my T-Shirt?

1. Bust
Measure from side to side at the highest part, from armpit to armpit.
2. Waist
Measure from side to side at the narrowest part of your torso (usually where your body bends from side to side).
3. Hip
Measure from side to side of the widest part, between the sides of the hip.
4. Length
Measure vertically and in the centre of the T-shirt, from the highest part of the collar to the lowest part of the garment, below the hips.

Shorts for women

How can I take my measurements to choose my Shorts?

1. Hip
Measure from side to side at the widest part, between the sides of the hips.
2. Length
Measure vertically and in the centre of the shorts, from the highest part to the lowest part of the garment, in the crotch area and to the end of the waistband.

Transport belts for women

How can I take my measurements in order to choose my transport belts?

1. Hip
Measure from side to side at the widest part, between the sides of the hips.
2. Length
Measure vertically and in the centre of the belt, from the highest part of the belt to the lowest part of the garment.
