Whays is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange products. We will even pay for the return shipment, with some exceptions listed below. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original sealed packaging, including accessories and complements (hats, socks, carrying belts, etc...).
* Shipping costs for returns are not included in the following countries: India, Indonesia and Malaysia.
* Express shipping for returns or exchanges will not be refunded.
* Please note: The above terms do not apply to limited editions and products in the SWE Outlet section. Limited editions and products in the SWE Outlet section can be returned, but cannot be exchanged.

How do I return/exchange a product through the Home Try SWE special?
If you are part of a special SWE Sport campaign, you have 30 days to enjoy your SWE Sport product. If you're not satisfied after 30 days, you can return it for a full refund - how easy is that?
What if I lost my prepaid return label?

Do you offer free return shipping?
We can offer free returns in many countries, but not all. Return shipping costs are not included in the following countries: India, Indonesia and Malaysia. If you have any other questions, please contact us.
Can I return a Limited Editions?
If I return my items, will I get a full refund?
Of course you can. If you want to return the items in your order, we will refund the full purchase price. The products only need to be in their original sealed condition and packaging, including the socks (the original packaging must be intact) * We will also pay for the shipping of the returned products unless the shipment is to or from one of the following countries: India, Indonesia, Israel or Malaysia. No refunds will be given for express returns or exchanges. If you would like to return your order but have not received a returns information sheet, please contact our Happy Returns team here.
If I want a refund, how long will it take before I get my money back?
We will need a little time to process your return. But as a general rule, you won't have to wait more than 21 working days to get your money back.
Exchanges
What is the process for exchanging an order for a different size?
We will send you the new item once you have completed the return or exchange form on our website and sent us the item you wish to return. This process usually takes between 10 and 14 days.
* Free return shipping is not yet covered in India, Indonesia and Malaysia.
* Express shipping will not be refunded in case of returns/exchanges.
* The above conditions do not apply to Limited Editions and SWE Outlet products. Limited Editions and SWE Outlet can be refunded, but cannot be exchanged.
Can I exchange a Limited Edition purchase?
No, limited editions can be returned, but cannot be exchanged.
Can I exchange my order for a different color?
We cannot process exchanges for different colours. In these cases, simply place a new order with the item in the other colour and process the return of the original order.
