We ship to many countries around the world and as time goes by, we ship to more. Soon you will be able to check in our shop for a list of distributors in your country of residence.
How long will take you to ship my order and how quickly will it get to me?
Once you place your order in our online shop, we will need some time to process your order correctly in order to provide you with a good service. When we send you our shipping confirmation to the address you have provided, we will also provide you with tracking information, including the name of the carrier we are using.
At SWE Sport we want you to be able to practice your favourite sport as soon as possible. Therefore, depending on the country of delivery and the delivery options offered, the delivery time is between 1 and 20 working days. Once your order has been sent, you will always be able to see the delivery options and estimated delivery dates.
How much will shipping cost?
We use the services of the best transport companies in the world to ship your orders. We want the products you buy in our online shop to reach you in perfect condition.
Below, and depending on the option chosen, we detail the amounts of each shipping option.

Standard Shipping: free shipping. You will receive your order within 3-5 working days.
Express Shipping: The Express shipping rate is 15CHF/15€/15$ (tax included). You will receive your order within 1-2 working days.
For orders under 100CHF/100€/100$:

Standard Shipping: A fee of 10CHF/10€/10$ (tax incl.). You will receive your order within 3-5 working days.
Express delivery: The express delivery fee is 30CHF/30€/30$ (tax incl.). You will receive your order within 1-2 working days.
Who do you use to ship your products?
Our aim is to offer you the best products and the best service. Therefore, depending on the country to which the shipment is being sent, the shipping company may vary. During the checkout process we may clearly show you the name of the company that will deliver your order.
Washing instructions
How do I care for my running clothes?
After a training session or a competition, your garments will get dirty and you will need to wash them. You should bear in mind that the materials and fabrics used in the manufacture of our products are of the highest quality, so we always recommend that you brush them first to remove any dirt and dust before washing them. You can then wash them in the washing machine on a delicate programme, although it is best to wash them by hand.

How can I track the status of my order?
You will receive a tracking link in the shipment confirmation email you receive when your package has left our warehouse.

What can I do if my orders have not been delivered on time?
We're sorry to hear that you're still waiting for your order to arrive. No one likes to wait any longer than necessary to receive a new piece of kit. You can contact our Happiness Delivery team via the contact form on our website and they will investigate the whereabouts of your order.

What materials are used in the making of SWE Sport collections?
Our collections are made from a variety of technical materials, including polyester, stretch elastane, merino wool and very lightweight fabrics, among others. Many of our products also feature micro-ventilation patterns and technical mesh panels for breathability.

Can I use items from the SWE Sport collections for non-sporting use?
Our products have been conceived and designed for sports practice, both in training and competition. Therefore, they should ideally be used for these purposes.

However, our garments can also be used in other areas and we recommend it. We always design our collections to make you feel and look good, whether you are enjoying your sporting activity or your leisure time.
Stock availability
What can I do if the item I want is out of stock in my size?
We always try to make sure that you can only order products that are available and in stock in our online shop. If the product you are looking for is temporarily out of stock, you can wait for it to become available again, and in some cases you can also reserve and pay for it; as soon as it is available, we will be able to ship it and you will receive your order.

How will I know that you have received my order?
When you make a purchase in our online shop, we will send you an email confirmation of your order as soon as your payment has been approved.
Will I always be informed of the status of my order?
Once your payment has been approved, we will send you an email confirmation of your order. In addition, once your order has been shipped (usually the next business day), you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (applicable in most countries), so you will always know the status of your order.

If I want to order my SWE products in the online shop, do I have to open an account?
No, you do not need to create a customer account to complete your purchase; you can choose to checkout as a guest if you wish. We recommend that you create a customer account, as it allows you to streamline the checkout process in the future, view past orders, and enter returns and exchanges.

If you have lost or forgotten your password there is no need to worry. Just visit the login page and click on "I forgot my password". We will send you a new password and you will be able to log in again.

When will I see the payment of my order reflected in my account?
Once your order has been placed and processed by us, you will receive a confirmation email when everything has been approved. Amounts on credit cards and Google Pay and Apple Pay accounts.
Do the prices shown in the online shop include VAT?
Yes, the prices in our online shop include value added tax. In the last step of the checkout process, you will see the amount of VAT for Spain (in other countries VAT) indicated separately.
What payment methods are accepted in the SWE online shop?
In our online shop you can pay by credit card and Google Pay. The credit cards we currently accept are Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, V Pay, Amex, UnionPay, JCB, Bancontact, iDEAL, Google Pay, Samsung Pay and iCard, among others. Apple Pay will soon be available for payment.
How can I set my local currency when placing an order?
You don't need to worry about this. At SWE we can automatically see from which country the order is placed, so you don't need to. This helps us to get your products to you quickly and with minimal customs formalities. If the automatic settings are incorrect for any reason, you can send us an email to developer@swe-sport.com telling us about the error and our IT team will fix it as soon as possible.
I live in New Zealand. If I order from SWE, do I have to pay VAT?
If your order is less than NZ$1,000, New Zealand no longer requires customers to pay VAT, duties and/or taxes.
Refunds
If I want my money back, how long will it take before I get it back?
We work to offer you the best service. That's why we will need some time to process your refund/return. You should not have to wait more than 14 working days to receive your money back. If you do not receive your money within this period, you can contact us to resolve the issue.

Where do I enter my promotional code?
Congratulations, do you have a promotional code? If so, you can enter it in your basket during the checkout process, it's very simple. When you have decided to place an order, the system will offer you the possibility to enter the promotional code.

Where are SWE products and garments made?
Our priority is to offer you quality sports products. We strive every day to find reliable partners who respond to our manufacturing needs and meet our quality standards. We currently have factories in Spain and Portugal, countries with a long textile tradition.
And we are constantly looking for partners and collaborators to continue developing top quality products for you.
What materials are SWE products made from?
The materials used in our sports products are as follows:
- Technical T-shirts: 90% recycled polyester (mostly) and 10% elastane.
- Technical trousers: 100% recycled polyester (mostly).
- Casual T-shirts: 100% recycled cotton (mostly).
- Transport belts: Elastane.
Please note that the materials used in all SWE products are mostly recycled.
What makes your SWE garments ideal for training and competition?
Our garments are made from high quality technical materials, allowing you to go all the way and feel good at the same time. They work to keep you dry, comfortable and regulate your body temperature with select fabrics and features like micro-ventilation patterns and technical mesh panels for increased breathability.

Our high-performance garment lines are made from a variety of technical materials, including four-way stretch polyamide, lyocell, stretch poly/elastane, merino wool, cotton and lightweight Japanese fabrics. We are currently working towards using 100% certified organic cotton as well as mule-free wool. ¿Cómo actúa SWE en materia de sostenibilidad?
All of us who practice sport are nature lovers and care about the environment. We must all contribute to the care of our planet. We are fully committed to the constant improvement of our entire product range, both in terms of functionality and quality. But in this process it is necessary to apply techniques that make acceptable terms of sustainability possible. Our company is constantly working to reduce our CO2 footprint through various initiatives at both operational and product level.
We use recycled materials and have a predilection for design and manufacturing techniques, including fabrics with recycled fibres, 100% certified organic cotton, 100% mule free wool and sustainable fabrics.
Returns
What is SWE's returns policy?
We gladly accept returns for a refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. We will even take care of the return shipping, with some exceptions listed below. We only ask that products be returned in their original packaging, including accessories (hats, socks, etc.).
* Free return shipping is not yet covered in India, Indonesia and Malaysia.
* Express shipments will not be refunded in case of returns/exchanges.
* The above conditions do not apply to Limited Editions and SWE Outlet. Limited Editions and SWE Outlet can be refunded, but cannot be exchanged.
How can I return my order?

Does SWE provide free return shipping?
We offer free return shipping for most, but not all countries. Free return shipping is not yet covered in India, Indonesia and Malaysia. If you have further questions about this, please contact us via our contact form.
Can I return a Limited Edition or SWE Outlet purchase?
Yes, Limited Editions and SWE Outlet products are refundable, but cannot be exchanged.
If I return my items, will I get a full refund?
Obviously yes, of course. If you wish to return items from your order, we will refund the full purchase price. The products only have to be in perfect condition, unworn and unwashed and always in their original packaging, including the socks (these must have the original packaging intact and not be unsealed).
If I want my money back, how long will it take before I get it back?
We will need a little time to process your return, so please be patient. But generally you will not have to wait more than 21 working days to receive your money back. If more than 21 working days have passed and you haven't received your money back, you can contact us and we will help you sort it out.
Changes
What is the process for exchanging an order for a different size?
Once you have completed the return/exchange form on our website and sent us the item you wish to exchange, the new item will be sent to you. This process usually takes approximately 10-14 days.

We cannot process exchanges for different colours. In this case, you can simply return your original order and place a new order in the colour of your choice.

Is it safe to buy from your SWE online shop?
You don't have to worry at all. In our online shop we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to make your online shopping with us as simple and secure as possible.
